What Kind of Photo Should I Provide for the Best Result?
We recommend providing a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo. The higher the resolution (ideally above 1000×1000 pixels), the sharper it will look on acrylic. Avoid overly dark or heavily filtered images. A simple background works best for custom acrylic products like keychains, magnets, phone stands, and more.
Can I See a Preview Before You Produce My Order?
We usually do not provide a preview image. Our designer will directly help remove the background and optimize your photo for production. However, if you really need to see a preview before we proceed, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How Long Does Production & Delivery Take?
Please allow 1-2 days for design processing, followed by 3-4 business days for production. Delivery typically takes 8-12 business days depending on your location. If you need a rush order, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss expedited shipping options.
Are Acrylic Custom Products Durable? Do They Scratch or Fade?
We use high-quality clear acrylic + UV printing technology. The colors are vibrant, waterproof, and scratch-resistant for normal daily use. To keep them looking great, avoid prolonged direct sunlight or rubbing against sharp/hard objects.
Can I Return or Exchange a Custom Product?
Because each item is custom-made using your personal photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., “I changed my mind”). However, if there is a mistake on our side (wrong image printed, severe color difference, damaged during transit), please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Will My Items Come Together?
Yes, all of your products will be shipped together. Please be patient and thank you very much for your understanding!
Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?
No, you do not need to pay any customs fees.
My Item Arrived Damaged!
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, email us at [email protected] and provide: – Your order number. – A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.
