1. Custom Made-to-Order Items (All Sales Final)
Due to the personalized nature of our products (items printed with your specific photos), all sales are final.
- We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “don’t like the style.”
- Blind Box Disclaimer: Since our products are a “Mystery Box,” dissatisfaction with the specific selectionof items (e.g., “I wanted a bobblehead instead of a keychain”) is not grounds for a refund. The surprise element is part of the purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items (Quality Guarantee)
We take pride in our quality. However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we will make it right.
- Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- The item is broken or damaged during transit (e.g., acrylic standee snapped, keychain broken).
- We printed the wrong image (not matching the photo you uploaded).
- The printing quality is significantly flawed (e.g., heavy ink blots, unreadable image).
- Process: Please contact us at [[email protected]] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
3. Photo Quality Responsibility
- Blurry Photos: We print exactly what you upload. If you upload a low-resolution or blurry photo, the print will be blurry. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-quality uploads. No refunds will be issued for this reason.
- Cropping: We may crop your photo to fit the product shape. If you are particular about the framing, please ensure your photo is centered before uploading.
4. Lost Shipments
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. MoreFunShop is not responsible for stolen packages.
- If the package is lost in transit (tracking not updating for >30 days), we will reship your order or issue a refund after investigation.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days after we confirm the issue.
