Q: How many photos should I upload?
A: It’s totally up to you! You can upload 1 photo (we will print it on all 5 items) or upload up to 5 different photos. If you upload 5 photos, we usually put one photo on each item!
Q: Can I choose which items I receive?
A: Items are selected at random; specific products cannot be requested or guaranteed. This keeps the “Mystery” fun alive!
Q: Will I get duplicate items in my box?
A: No! We guarantee no duplicates in a single box. You will receive 5 different items from the list of 12.
Q: What if my photo is low quality?
A: We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure your image is high-resolution (at least 300 DPI or a clear smartphone photo). We are not responsible for blurry prints resulting from low-quality uploads.
Q: Can I request no “Girly” items (like Hair Ties)?
